  • Every Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 AM at our clinic in Argyle, TX.

  • Any person who considers themselves a runner (yes, newbies, we’re looking at you too!) who would like to get stronger, faster and more capable in their running endeavors.

  • Each class is $35 or you can purchase a five class pass so you’ve paid in advance and don’t have to remember to pay each time.
