  • This is a full 1-hour session, where you’ll receive a full evaluation of your pain level and activity restrictions. We’ll answer questions that you may have about your diagnosis and recovery timeframe. If you have any fitness or performance concerns, we’ll walk through those together as we develop a roadmap for your recovery based on your specific activity goals.

  • You’ll receive a personalized plan of care complete with a good faith estimate on the number of visits you’ll need to achieve your health and fitness goals. Packages are available at a discounted rate based on the volume of visits and can be purchased following your evaluation.​

    Patients are able to pre-purchase packages of sessions in preparation for the inevitable bumps and bruises that come with training for an event or competition or to save for a rainy day.
