OUr 3-phase Process
Most people come to physical therapy after they've already waited too long. They've been pushing through pain, modifying their workouts, or — let's be honest — just avoiding the things that hurt. By the time they show up, the problem is rarely just in one place.
That's why we don't treat a body part. We treat a person.
At Pursuit, every plan of care follows a three-phase process designed to get you out of pain, restore real function, and ultimately help you perform and move at a level that matters to you — whether that's finishing a 5K with your spouse, throwing the baseball without wincing, or keeping up with your kids for the next twenty years.
REPAIR
We start by understanding the full picture. Where are you hurting? What have you tried? What does your day actually look like? From there, we use hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, and targeted corrective exercise to address the root cause — not just the symptom. Pain is the starting line, not the finish line.
REBUILD
Once we've calmed things down, we get to work. Movement analysis, progressive strengthening, and exercise programming that fits your body, your goals, and your schedule. This is where we close the gap between "feeling better" and "actually strong."
PURSUE
This is the part most PT clinics skip. Once you're out of pain, we don't just send you on your way. We help you level up — building the strength, endurance, and resilience to keep doing what you love, at the level you want to do it. Running farther. Moving better. Staying ahead of the next injury before it happens.

You'll receive a personalized plan of care with a clear timeline and a good-faith estimate on the number of visits you'll need. Session packages are available at a discounted rate and can be purchased after your eval — a lot of our clients use them to stay ahead of training bumps or prep for a race or event.
