Resilient Runner's Club

What is the Resilient Runner Club?
  • A six week strength series focused on movements and muscle groups that runners need most for performance and injury prevention

How often do you meet?
  • Sessions run for 6 weeks, meeting two days a week.

Who can join?
  • Any athlete who considers themselves a runner who would like to get stronger, faster and more capable in their running endeavors.

Where do you meet?
  • Small group sessions will be meeting at the Pursuit Physical Therapy Clinic in Argyle, TX

How much?
  • Each class is $40 (12 classes per session) 2 options of payment: Full payment for $450 or per class (must have a card on file)
     

Will there be make up classes if I can't attend them all?
  • We will not have formal make up times, however you will have access to the class workout plan so that you can perform it when you are gone.
     

What is included in the class?
  • Running specific strength training for 12 classes

  • Access to the class workout plan

  • Run Club T-shirt

  • Resistance band

  • Local running store discounts

  • Other fun swag!
     

Other info:
  • You will also have the ability to purchase an add on formal Running Analysis performed by Pursuit Physical Therapy (appointment required)
