Monday through Thursday at 8:30 AM - join us for all 4 days if you'd like!

who can join?

Any mom who wants to strengthen her body. We've seen the research, and all signs point to strength training as the route to longevity and caring for our bodies. 

where do you meet?

At the Pursuit Physical Therapy Clinic in Argyle, TX.

how much?

Each class is $35. You can pay as you go or purchase a class pass.
