Four days. Six experts. One community built to last. Welcome to the camp nobody had โ but every girl deserves.
We're so glad she's here.
Camp Pursuit was built around a simple idea: girls deserve to grow up knowing their bodies are strong, capable, and worth taking care of โ not just changing or shrinking.
Over the next four days, your daughter will learn from some of the most incredible women in our community โ a sports dietitian, a licensed counselor, a women's health NP, and an endurance coach โ all of whom are here because they believe in this generation of girls.
We've kept the group intentionally small so every girl is seen, included, and valued. Each afternoon is packed โ but it won't feel like a lecture. It'll feel like a conversation she didn't know she needed.
We are honored to have her. Let's make something great.
Each day has a theme and a lineup of experiences โ from expert sessions to movement to creative activities. Here's what the week looks like.
Every presenter chose to be here. They're not sponsors or speakers โ they're practitioners who believe in this generation of girls and wanted to be in the room.

Lori Bryant, RD is one of those rare people who has made it her life's work to help others fall in love with taking care of themselves โ and she brings an extraordinary depth of expertise to do it. A Licensed and Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, NSCA Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, and Certified Pilates Instructor, Lori graduated from Texas A&M University in 1998 and completed her dietetic internship at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas in 1999.
Lori is the owner of Personal Nutrition and Health Services, where she provides private nutrition counseling, serves as a wellness coordinator, and teaches Pilates at Thrive โ helping people translate what they know about health into habits that actually stick.
What sets Lori apart is her belief that food is not the enemy โ it's the fuel. There's a difference between eating for daily life, fueling for practice and training, and dialing in nutrition for competition and peak performance โ and most girls are never taught any of it. Lori changes that. Her approach is rooted in curiosity rather than restriction โ because the goal was never a number. The goal is a girl who understands her body, respects it, and knows exactly how to fuel it for whatever she's chasing.

Haleigh Fisher, MS, LPC is a therapist, runner, and former D1 college athlete who brings both clinical expertise and lived experience to every session. She specializes in working with athletes navigating eating disorders, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, injury, and sports performance โ because she's been that athlete herself.
Haleigh knows firsthand what it feels like to fall short of your potential not because of physical limitations, but because your mind got in the way. That personal journey is exactly what led her to build a practice around helping athletes perform and live in a way that produces real joy โ without sacrificing their goals to get there.
At Camp Pursuit, Haleigh leads our mental health session on Day 4, creating a space where girls can have the honest conversations about their minds and bodies that most rooms don't make room for.
Kristin Mrnustik, APRN, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner whose path in medicine began at Texas A&M and continued through her Nurse Practitioner training at Vanderbilt University โ one of the most respected programs in the country. But what makes Kristin truly exceptional isn't just her credentials. It's the fact that she's also an Ironman triathlete and Boston Qualifier who has lived the demands of being a female athlete at every level.
Kristin understands something that doesn't get talked about enough: the female body is not a smaller version of a male body, and understanding your hormones isn't just for adults. The shifts girls experience through middle school, high school, and into adulthood โ estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, the menstrual cycle, all of it โ are not inconveniences to manage. They are information. They are advantages, when you know how to work with them.
At Camp Pursuit, Kristin leads our body literacy session on Day 1, giving girls a real, honest, age-appropriate look at what's happening inside their bodies โ how their hormones influence energy, mood, strength, and recovery, and how understanding that cycle can make them better athletes and healthier humans for life. This is the session most of us wish we'd had at 13.
Emily Fulcher, CPT holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from Texas A&M, is a certified Personal Trainer and 80/20 Endurance Coach, and spent years teaching Elementary PE in LISD and coaching track โ so she knows exactly how to make movement click for girls at every level. But what really drives her is simpler than any credential: she is passionate about teaching girls that strength training is fun, accessible, and something that belongs to them.
Emily's session at Camp Pursuit is built around a powerful idea โ that a yoga mat, a set of resistance bands, and a little confidence are all you actually need to build real strength and endurance. Whether that's at the lake, in your living room, or in a gym with your crew, Emily shows girls how to condition their bodies, build lasting fitness habits, and discover that working out with the people you love is one of the best confidence boosters there is.
She's not here to train athletes. She's here to create them โ girls who leave knowing how to strength train smart, move with intention, and actually enjoy the process. Because when girls learn early that their bodies are capable and fitness is something to celebrate rather than endure, that confidence carries into everything.

Every afternoon at Camp Pursuit kicks off with a 20-minute workout co-led by two of the area's most exciting fitness communities โ Strong Pilates and Shine Fitness.
Strong Pilates is more than Pilates โ it's where reformer Pilates meets cardio, resistance, and strength training for a low-impact, high-intensity workout built around progression, collaboration, and holistic living. Their philosophy is simple: there's more to strong than muscles. Strong minds, strong bodies, strong friendships. Every session is designed to push limits without punishing your body โ because the goal is training longevity, not burnout.
Shine Fitness is a locally owned yoga and HIIT studio in Flower Mound built around community, accessibility, and the belief that everyone who walks through the door should leave empowered and shining bright. Founded by 500-hour certified yoga instructor Julie, Shine's mission is to provide the support, encouragement, and inspiration that helps every person โ at every fitness level โ begin or maintain their wellness journey. At Camp Pursuit, Shine brings that same energy to our girls every single day.

Pursuit Physical Therapy is a one-on-one orthopedic and pelvic floor therapy practice in Argyle, TX, built on the belief that every person deserves personalized care and the chance to get back to whatever they're pursuing. Your hosts for Camp Pursuit are the people behind that mission every single day.
